The consultant initiated process analysis to evaluate existing workflows. From the analysis, several bottlenecks were identified, including siloed teams, outdated technology stacks, and a lack of agile processes.

Robust Reorganization Plan
Based on the assessment, the consultant proposed a new organizational structure, in which roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines were redesigned. He also recommended a shift towards a cross-functional team model that incorporated agile methodologies to fostering better collaboration and communication.Β
The consultant also proposed a technology modernization strategy, optimizing the software stack for enhanced performance and scalability.
In addition, the consultant introduced an enhanced talent strategy based on competency-based hiring. Several skill development programs were developed to boost worker performance and lower attrition.
