The client, a packaging company based in India, embarked on their cloud migration journey. They sought the support of a team of experienced cloud consultants to define their cloud strategy from initial assessment to governance and compliance.

Role of Consultport

The client interviewed 10 candidates and built a project team led by a former Accenture Associate Director, along with three former Accenture and Capgemini Senior Consultants. The project team started working with the client 10 days after the initial request.

The Approach

The strategic cloud migration roadmap and workshops secured management endorsement, equipped employees with essential skills, and positioned the client for a successful transition to the cloud.
