Rebuilding Agriculture from the Ground Up

Founded on the belief that regenerative agriculture can reshape food systems, the Berlin-based scale-up works with farmers and companies across Europe to reduce emissions, rebuild soil health, and accelerate the transition to more resilient supply chains.

Today, Klim supports projects across six countries and over 800,000 hectares of farmland. Its solutions range from Scope 3 carbon reporting for corporate clients to hands-on support for farmers adopting regenerative practices. With its platform gaining traction and partnerships multiplying, the next step is clear: grow the internal team to match the company’s momentum.

The Opportunity Behind the Project

As Klim’s service offering expanded and new regions came online, the company prepared to hire more than 20 new team members within 12 months. These included key roles across sustainability, operations, product development, and partnershipsβ€”each critical to supporting ongoing client projects and platform innovation.

But scaling a team in a fast-paced environment requires more than enthusiasm. It demands time, coordination, and a structured hiring process. With its internal HR capacity already stretched, Klim needed additional support to ensure recruitment could keep pace with business needs.

With a strong background in active sourcing and fluency in German, the recruiter also took a hands-on role in identifying and screening candidates for critical positions.
