The Role of Consultport

To support this growth phase, Klim reached out to Consultport to find a Senior Interim Recruiter who could quickly integrate into their team and bring both experience and structure to the hiring process.

The interim recruiter collaborated closely with hiring managers, defining hiring priorities and ensuring all roles moved through a consistent and efficient recruitment flow. With a strong background in active sourcing and fluency in German, the recruiter also took a hands-on role in identifying and screening candidates for critical positions.
