The client, an international IT consulting firm, took on a large-scale project from an industrial sensor provider seeking to upgrade their ERP system.

To better understand the client’s challenges, perform data analysis, and formulate recommendations, the client sought 4 external ERP Consultants to complement the existing project teams.
