The Challenge: ERP Support for Major Consulting Project

The client, an international IT consulting firm, took on a large-scale project from an industrial sensor provider seeking to upgrade their ERP system.

Proceeding towards the end of the initiation phase, the client was ready to move to the next stage of the engagement. To better understand the client’s challenges, perform data analysis, and formulate recommendations, the client sought 4 external ERP Consultants to complement the existing project teams.

Role of Consultport
