Can you tell us a bit about yourself and any key experiences that shaped your career journey?
I’d say I have a truly international background! I was born in France and have had the chance to live in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Lisbon, each shaping my worldview in unique ways. I studied a Bachelor’s in Business at ESCP, which gave me a solid foundation in management and a global perspective.
After graduation, I moved into the tech startup world, working in the blockchain space. Those experiences really shaped my entrepreneurial mindset and taught me how to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
How did you first learn about Consultport, and what motivated you to join?
I first heard about Consultport during a quick networking chat with Till, the co-founder and CEO. What started as a casual conversation quickly turned into a genuine interest. I was really inspired by the company’s mission to transform how businesses connect with top consulting talent. It felt like the kind of place where ideas move quickly, people take ownership, and you can make a real impact.
What was your recruitment experience like?

The recruitment process was fast, accurate, and seamless. I appreciated the clarity and efficiency throughout the steps, which made the experience both smooth and motivating.
It included a series of rounds, each adding a rewarding challenge: a 30-minute interview with HR, a 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, a 45-minute interview with the Co-Founder, a 60-minute client call roleplay, and an on-site visit with a reference check. I appreciated the HR team’s prompt responses and clear communication throughout the process, which set a positive tone from the start.
How was your onboarding experience at Consultport?
What aspects of the training and induction helped you feel prepared for your role?
My onboarding experience was excellent, led by Tim Nilsson, our VP of Sales. The structured training was practical, interactive, and made it easy to understand how everything fits together. I especially liked the Onboarding Game. It adds a fun, hands-on way to apply what you’re learning. By the end, I felt confident and ready to hit the ground running.
Can you describe a typical day in your Associate role at Consultport?
My day typically involves a mix of strategic planning, such as researching prospects and preparing outreach strategies, client interactions, including calls and follow-ups, and project deliveries. Balancing these tasks requires clear prioritization and the use of CRM tools to stay organized.
What do you enjoy most about working at Consultport?

What I enjoy most is the people. The team is young, energetic, and international, creating a vibrant and supportive atmosphere. The culture here encourages collaboration and innovation, with everyone eager to help one another succeed.
